Sewing Machine Operator

We provide our products primarily through distributors positioned throughout the US. We are dedicated to the advancement of patient care through quality products, excellent service and product technology.

We have an immediate opportunity to join our growing company in our Sewing department. We are currently seeking a regular full-time Sewing Machine Operator.

• Use a variety of sewing machines to assemble products. Perform operator adjustments for proper stitch (tension, stitch length, speed).
• Follow written instructions for each product. Training will be provided as required.
• Check quality through process.
• Use other production equipment as required. Training will be provided as required.

• Simple sewing test will be performed to demonstrate sewing skills/ability.
• Maintain quality workmanship.
• Maintain good attendance and punctuality.
• Maintain productivity level expectations.
• Ability to learn products with verbal and visual instructions.
• Ability to read English is preferred but not necessary.
• Prolonged sitting/standing for up to 7.5 hrs/day.
• Warehouse environment.
• Standard work hours: 6:00am to 2:30pm. Monday-Friday.
• Overtime and weekends as required.
• Must be able to read a ruler/scale down to 1/16”.
• Occasional lifting of up to 30lbs.
• Perform duties in a safe manner.
• Willingness to help where needed.
• Follow all company Policies, Procedures and Work Instructions.

• $17.00 to $20.60
• Annual Range ($35,360.00 to $42,848.00)

• $25.50 to $30.90
• Example of Annual O/T Range (5 to 10 hours per week @ 50 weeks range $6,375.00 - $15,450.00)

Production Bonus: $0 to $200 per month (increases hourly rate up to $1.15 per hour or up $2,400.00 per year)
