Position SummarySafely and efficiently stage, load, and unload finished product and raw materials using material handling equipment, attachments, tools, and accessories. Stock and maintain warehouse inventory and cleanliness at all times, ensuring safety for yourself and others.
Job DetailsHiring for AM shift only: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM.
Pay range: $18.00–$24.00 per hour.
Essential Functions- Outbound and inbound inventory receiving.
- Complete damage reports, product wrapping, palleting, bundling, and crating.
- Safely and timely prepare and load products for transport.
- Safely and timely stage and load products onto truck and/or railcar.
- Move products into warehouse inventory storage safely.
- Move waste and scrap into dumpsters as needed.
- Responsible for quality control of damaged products.
- Operate within SOPs and JSAs.
- Operate sit‑down forklifts and other material‑handling equipment.
- Perform daily forklift safety checks, preventive maintenance, and report issues.
- Communicate with team members and supervisors.
- Keep work area clean and maintained.
- Turn off and lock out equipment when not in use.
- Maintain a respectful, courteous attitude.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or GED (preferred).
- Ability to obtain and maintain forklift certification and applicable state certification.
- 2+ years forklift experience in a similar industry (additional education may substitute for years of experience). Clamp experience preferred.
- Good oral and written English communication skills.
- Manual dexterity required for operating machinery.
- Ability to stay a team player and meet deadlines.
