• As our Permanent Controller, you will play a pivotal role in managing our company's financial activities. Your responsibilities will include
• Overseeing the production of periodic financial reports, ensuring that the reported results comply with generally accepted accounting principles or international financial reporting standards.
• Managing the preparation and publication of departmental and organizational financial documents.
• Collaborating with management on the development and execution of funding strategies.
• Examine and analyze the company's financial details to ensure accuracy. This includes balance sheets, direct and indirect cash flows, and income statements.
• Conducting the year-end close process, ensuring all financials are accurate and up to date.
• Preparing the annual budget in collaboration with the executive team and finance department.
• Maintaining a comprehensive system of controls over accounting transactions.
• Managing the ledger and ensuring all entries are accurate and up to date.
• Providing strategic financial input and leadership on decision-making issues affecting the company.

• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior-level finance or accounting position.
• Proven experience in managing the financials of a company, including the preparation of an annual budget and financial statements.
• Expert knowledge in the use of accounting software and databases.
• Proficiency in managing ledger entries and year-end close processes.
• Exceptional knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills and experience in creating reports and presentations.
• High attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
