A family-owned olive company is seeking an Electrical Controls Supervisor to manage and enhance PLC-based control systems in their food processing facility. You will lead the Electrical Maintenance Team, focusing on ensuring compliance with safety and manufacturing standards. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' experience, a background in engineering, and proficiency in PLC programming with systems such as Allen Bradley, Siemens, and GE.

This is an on-site position in California with a competitive salary range of $130,000 to $160,000 annually.
