Responsibilities

Leading and managing construction projects from inception to completion.

Coordinating with architects, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders to ensure all parties are aligned with project goals and timelines.

Overseeing the preparation of project budgets and schedules, and ensuring projects are completed within these constraints.

Conducting site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Utilizing HCSS Heavy Job software for project management tasks such as estimating, job costing, and project reporting.

Resolving any project-related issues or disputes in a timely and effective manner.

Providing regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders.

Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and standards.

Qualifications

A minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry, with a strong focus on Civil Construction, land development, paving, and grading.

Proven experience in project management and construction management.

Proficiency in using HCSS Heavy Job software.

A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams towards achieving project goals.

Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to make critical decisions under pressure.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with various project stakeholders.

A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality and safety.

A valid driver's license and the ability to travel to various project sites as needed.
