Travel RN - Psychiatric

American Traveler is hiring an experienced Behavioral Health RN for a psychiatric facility in Maryland, with strong pediatric experience required and night shifts every other weekend.

Job Details

• Work in the Behavioral Health unit of a 337-bed psychiatric facility,

• Pediatric patient population - strong children's experience is required,

• Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts (19:00-07:30),

• Every other weekend required,

• Floating required to meet facility needs, including to any age population as scheduling requires,

• No on-call responsibilities,

• Charts using Sunrise EMR,

• Free parking available on campus,

Job Requirements

• Active MD or Compact RN license required,

• Current BLS certification required,

• Minimum 2 years of behavioral health RN experience required,

• Strong experience working with pediatric patients required,

• Fingerprinting must be completed in Maryland prior to start,

• Two professional references required for consideration,

• PDF copy of driver's license and Social Security card required for consideration,

Additional Information

• RNs may be required to serve as charge RN during a shift,

• Navy blue scrubs required,

• Local candidates are accepted for this position,

• Maximum of 1 pre-approved RTO allowed during the contract,
