We are growing — and we’re looking for an experienced Territory Sales Representative to lead and expand our presence across Maryland, Delaware, and Virginia.

The OpportunityThis role is ideal for someone who thrives on autonomy, ownership, and meaningful customer relationships. You’ll manage an established territory while identifying new growth opportunities — serving as a trusted advisor, not just a salesperson.
You will represent respected hearth brands and become the expert your customers rely on.
This is a road‑based territory role, typically traveling Tuesday–Thursday, with planning and collaboration days on Monday and Friday. Expect approximately 4–6 overnight trips per month, plus quarterly meetings and industry events (including HPBExpo).
What You’ll Do- Build long‑term, authentic partnerships with dealers and customers
- Conduct 3–5 in‑person meetings per travel day
- Manage and grow an established multi‑state territory
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Own the full sales cycle — from prospecting to closing
- Provide honest, solution‑focused guidance to customers
- Develop deep product and industry knowledge
- Maintain accurate pipeline management in Hub Spot
- Collaborate with a driven, supportive sales team
- Represent NDL with professionalism and integrity in every interaction
Industry experience strongly preferred.

- Understand dealer/distributor sales dynamics

- Communicate clearly and confidently in person and in writing
