Job Details:

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document nursing care of patients in accordance with organizational policies and professional nursing standards

• Accountable for quality of nursing services delivered by self or others under their direction

• Utilize specialized knowledge, judgment, and nursing skills to assess data and provide care appropriate to patient's physical and developmental age

• 2 years recent Med Surg and Telemetry experience required

• 2 years experience working with stroke patients required

• Must be willing to take Telemetry patients as needed

• Must be willing to obtain mRs/SIREN Certification within 48 hours if offered

• On call schedule to be determined by facility

• Weekend schedule to be determined by facility

• Required certifications: EKG, BLS (AHA), NIHSS

• Maryland nursing license required with verification less than 30 days old

• Skills checklist specific to discipline must be less than one year old

• Two supervisory references required (one from within 6 months and one from last 12 months)
