This role is focused on Cleaning – BLACK + DECKER and is a hybrid position.

As a Group Product Manager
, you’ll be part of our product management team in a hybrid role. You’ll get to:

• Lead, mentor, and develop the Cleaning Product Management team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Define and own the strategic roadmap for the BLACK+DECKER Cleaning portfolio, aligned with organizational goals and market opportunities.
• Present portfolio strategies, business cases, and performance updates to executive leadership to drive alignment and informed decisions.
• Serve as the principal liaison between the Cleaning team and partners in Engineering, Marketing, Supply Chain, Sales, Finance, and Operations to ensure coordination and execution.
• Integrate market research, competitive analysis, and consumer insights to shape product development and identify growth opportunities.
• Oversee the annual business planning process for the Cleaning portfolio, including revenue, margin, and market share targets; monitor performance and drive corrective actions as needed.
• Guide identification, development, and launch of new products and line extensions; manage product life cycles to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Champion continuous improvement in product management processes, tools, and best practices across the team.

• BS or BA in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• 8+ years of progressive product management experience, including 3+ years in team leadership roles
• Proven success managing a broad consumer product portfolio
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and influence executive leadership
• Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with stage-gate or similar product development processes

The base pay range for this position in Maryland is $95,600 - $145,000 per year. Pay is based on market location and may vary based on knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on payment may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of benefits.
