The Job:As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead and oversee multiple initiatives within the Product Regulatory Compliance team. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams—Product Managers, Commercial Leaders, Engineering, Legal, and Supply Chain—to ensure compliance with regulatory and customer requirements. You will manage projects end‑to‑end, from requirements definition to execution and status reporting.
Responsibilities:- Define requirements, scope, and deliverables for compliance projects and programs
- Develop project schedule, key milestones, and budgetary needs for individual projects
- Coordinate priorities, track updates to products, and maintain detailed project documentation
- Oversee execution of multiple global compliance projects, ensuring on‑time delivery and quality results
- Provide weekly and ad‑hoc status reports to leadership and stakeholders
- Conduct post‑project reviews to capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Project Management, Engineering, Business, Data Analytics, or related field)
- 7+ years of professional experience in project management
- Demonstrated ability to lead multiple, complex projects/programs in a global environment
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira)
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
- Proven experience leading cross‑functional teams in matrixed organizations
- Strong analytical and data‑driven decision‑making skills
- Self‑starter with high organizational skills and ability to work independently
- Comfortable presenting updates to senior leadership and driving change across teams
- Knowledge of global product compliance regulations and standards a plus
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally sporadically

The base pay range for this position in Maryland is $75,800 to $122,000 per year. Pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign‑on payment may be provided as part of the compensation package.
