**** The Job:
** As a Global Product Regulator Compliance Senior Program Manager, you will lead and oversee initiatives to ensure mature products meet global regulatory and customer requirements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Product Managers, Commercial Leaders, Engineering, Legal and Supply Chain—to ensure compliance with regulatory and customer requirements. You will manage projects end-to-end, from regulation analysis and requirements definition to execution and status reporting.

You’ll get to:
* Assess impact of new and changing regulations and proactively communicate implications to stakeholders.
* Define requirements, scope, and deliverables for compliance projects and programs.
* Coordinate priorities, track updates to products, and maintain detailed project documentation.
* Oversee execution of multiple global compliance projects, ensuring on-time delivery and quality results.
* Provide weekly and ad-hoc status reports to leadership and stakeholders.
* Lead process improvement and automation initiatives for Global Product Regulatory Compliance.
* Conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement.
* Develop and deliver training for compliance awareness across the organization.
* Ensure NPD process is updated to meet new requirements.
** The Person:
*** Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Engineering, Business, Data Analytics, Project Management or related field
* 7+ years of professional experience in project management, preferably within product compliance or regulatory affairs.
* Demonstrated ability to lead multiple, complex projects/programs in a global environment.
* Advanced knowledge of global product compliance regulations and standards a plus.
* Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
* Proven experience leading cross-functional teams in matrixed organizations.
* Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
* Self-starter with high organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
* Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira) and data analytics platforms.
* Comfortable presenting updates to senior leadership and driving change across teams.
* Willingness to travel, nationally and internationally
