Microsoft Dynamics Programmer; Mid-Level

Tri Tech Enterprise Systems, Inc. (Tri Tech) is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics Expert to provide 40 hours per week (onsite in Towson, Maryland) on enhancing a customer Relationship Management (CRM) Tool using Microsoft Dynamics. The position will be responsible for designing and building the tool based on requirements provided by the Economic Development and Workforce Development Department.

• Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) responsible for overall design, architecture, and implementation of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Tools (CRMs) in Microsoft Dynamics as well as their integration with other system.
• Define the logical, technical, and physical architecture for the Microsoft Dynamics CRM solution.
• Develop an ready Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution in Microsoft Dynamics, prioritizing the Department of Economic and Workforce Development.
• Direct the day-to-day administration, support, maintenance, and monitoring of Microsoft Dynamics.

• Must be a U.S. citizen or have a green card status.
• Education:
  
  Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
• 7 years of experience in the IT industry.
• 3 years of experience as a technical expert in an IT organization.
• 3 years of experience in developing in Microsoft Dynamics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Development and customization.
• Experience with JavaScript, C#, .NET, and Web Services.
• Knowledge of Dynamics 365 APIs and SDKs.
• Understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
• Strong problem‑solving skills.
