Lead Operations Engineer – Construction Technology

• Develop and lead the direction for next‑gen CI/CD and cloud deployments of the Construction Technology platform.
• Establish tools and processes for rolling cloud deployment pipelines to reduce risks and accelerate development cycles.
• Collaborate across teams to gather functional and technical details to define and co‑own availability, latency, performance, and change impact analysis requirements.
• Implement Datadog and Mixpanel capabilities to proactively monitor the system, applications, and customer patterns.
• Work with security and risk compliance partners to ensure smooth analysis and issue resolution.
• Contribute to code deliverables and end‑to‑end design flows with development teams.
• Vet systems for resiliency, scalability, high availability, and agility.
• Estimate, advise, andга keep leadership informed on progress, manage risks and issues.

• Lead the team to prioritize work effectively while strategically leveraging technology to scale team performance.

• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or equivalent (required).
• 6–8 years of experience writing CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment automations (Ansible, Terraform, etc.).
• Experience implementing production monitoring for high availability and proactive platform oversight (Datadog, Mixpanel, etc.).
• Strong focus on availability, latency, performance, and change impact analysis.
• Hands‑on experience scaling application infrastructures, reducing deployment risks through rolling deployments, and increasing velocity.
• Deep understanding of latest cloud services, containerization, authentication systems, and protocols.
• Excellent production troubleshooting skills, a collaborative team player, and a hands‑on leader.
• Ability to dissect platform designs and deliverables to prevent production outages.
• Experience with Docker.

• Hands‑on software development experience.
• Experience establishing and implementing rolling deployment tools.
• Experience with distributed data platforms (processing and persistence).
• Experience with infrastructure management and benchmarking.

Base pay range for this position in Colorado: $108,000 – $194,400 USD per year (varies by location and qualifications).
