Senior Human Resources Generalist

Chesapeake Search Partners has partnered with a growing, multi-location food service company in their search for a Bilingual Senior HR Generalist. This role partners closely with operations leadership to deliver consistent HR practices and a positive employee experience for a diverse workforce, including a significant Spanish-speaking population. This role will require 5 days per week onsite in Towson, MD.

• Support full-cycle recruiting, hiring, and onboarding.
• Serve as a trusted resource for employee relations, performance management, and workplace issues.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Support training, performance reviews, and HR programs, including bilingual initiatives.
• Maintain HR systems, coordinate benefits and payroll processes, and assist with HR reporting.
• Partner cross-functionally to promote consistent policies and communication.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent HR experience.
• 4–6 years of progressive HR Generalist experience; multi-location experience preferred.
• HR certification (PHR or SHRM-CP) a plus.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, compliance, and HR best practices.
