Answers telephone inquiries and performs clerical duties to identify and respond to the needs of patients, staff, and physicians, using customer service skills and teamwork strategies to provide quality service.
- Formal working knowledge equivalent to an Associate's degree (2 years college).
- 1-3 years of experience in medical settings.
- Knowledge of medical terminology.
- Critical thinking skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Basic computer skills and standard office equipment competency.
