Balance Point Wellness Overview

Balance Point Wellness is accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Healthcare (ACHC). We are a community-based holistic mental health and wellness center that provides counseling/psychotherapy, psychiatry, adventure therapy, and wellness services to individuals and families in Maryland. Our locations are in Baltimore, Bel Air, Salisbury, and Hunt Valley, MD. We also offer Telehealth services in Maryland, Delaware, and Pennsylvania, and a school-based program in Baltimore County and Harford County Schools.

We seek qualified part‑time advanced licensed therapists (LCSW-C, LCPC, LCMFT, LCPAT, etc.) to provide mental health therapy to children, adolescents, and/or adults in Maryland. Must have evening and/or weekend availability.

• Manage assigned caseload and provide ongoing therapy
• Complete psychosocial assessments
• Complete contact notes for completed sessions – all documentation is completed in a cloud-based EHR
• Develop person‑centered treatment plans when necessary

• Master’s/doctorate in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling required
• Advanced licensed therapist in Maryland to provide mental health treatment (LCPC, LCSW-C, LCPAT, LCMFT, etc.)
• Psychotherapy experience in a community setting preferred
• Background check
• Highly organized and possesses time management skills
