The Senior Payroll Analyst serves as a subject matter expert in end-to-end payroll operations, timekeeping administration, payroll tax compliance, and deduction processing.
Additional responsibilities include:
- This role partners closely with Payroll Leadership to ensure accurate, timely payroll execution across multiple entities and employee groups.
- The Senior Payroll Analyst leads complex reconciliations, resolves escalated payroll inquiries, supports quarterly and year‑end reporting, and provides guidance to Payroll Specialists and timekeepers.
- This position is a key contributor to process improvement initiatives, system upgrades, and special projects.

Pay: Pay for this position is determined on a number of factors, including but not limited to, years and level of related experience.
What We Need From You- High School Diploma required, Associate’s or bachelor’s in accounting, Business, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 5+ years of progressive payroll experience in a high-volume environment.
- Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, taxation, and wage & hour laws.
- Experience with UKG Pro and Kronos or similar HRIS platforms preferred.
- Analytical ability to reconcile payroll accounts, interpret regulations, and resolve discrepancies.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with diverse employee groups.
- Detail‑oriented with proven ability to meet tight deadlines.
