Position: Systems Engineer Senior with Security Clearance

RSC2 is looking for Senior Systems Engineer to join our growing team! This individual will serve as an expert and provides technical guidance and information to meet requirements. Review, assist and mentor lower-grade employee's work for quality, accuracy of work. Perform a wide range of systems engineering services to ensure the PD SAI is compliant with program requirements and objectives, interoperability requirements, configuration management requirements, and similar Program‑Wide responsibilities, including, but not limited to:

Responsibilities
  • Capabilities analysis
  • Leadership and Education, Personnel and Facilities (DOTMLPF) efforts
  • Joint Capability Integration and Development System (JCIDS)
  • System and/or software integration, platform integration
  • Interoperability with various Command, Control, and Communications (C3) systems
  • Technical or operational testing
  • Sustainment and refreshment of capabilities
  • Configuration management, planning and strategy meetings, program review and coordination meetings
  • General systems engineering, systems implementation planning and system test and evaluation services
  • Prepare specifications, plans, analyses, modeling, testing, simulations and reports
  • Review engineering output in the areas of systems level operation and maintenance procedures, performance improvements criteria, tools assessments, metrics management, quality assurance, configuration management, technical orders, and maintenance practices
  • Conduct systems engineering trade‑off analysis
  • Provides analysis related to the design, development, and integration of hardware, software, man‑machine interfaces and all the systems level requirements to provide an integrated solution
  • Suggest COAs to contractors in creating integration and test programs that will be acceptable to Government requirements
  • Participate in meetings with contractors to provide Government oversight and advise Government on obtaining best possible acquisition outcome with a given team, schedule, and set of requirements
Requirements
  • TS/SCI clearance level
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, business or related scientific or technical discipline
  • A minimum of eight (8) years of related experience
  • Four (4) additional years of direct relevant technical experience may be substituted for education
  • Experience supporting an acquisition Army program
  • Experience drafting, editing, and reviewing Master Test Plans, Test and Evaluation Master Plans, and specific requirement test plans for SIGINT, Radar, and EO/IR systems
  • IAT level II certification required
  • Preferred certifications:
    Project Management Professional (PMP), information security (CompTIA or similar programs), Intelligence Fundamentals Professional Certification (IFPC)

Salary

The projected compensation range for this position is $118,000 to $220,000 (annualized USD). Salary Description $118,000 - $220,000. Salary at RSC2 is determined by various factors including but not limited to location, the particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience as well as contract‑specific affordability and organizational requirements.
