The Sea Systems team is seeking candidates to function as an entry level Systems Engineer supporting our CUSV product development initiatives and our contract programs.
Responsibilities- Working in an interdisciplinary role, enabling the full life cycle of successful systems
- Performing requirements analysis to understand customer needs
- Developing architecture models to support requirements development and derivation
- Using requirements management and test tools to decompose program requirements
- Supporting integration and test of system components
- Developing plans and procedures for integration and test to verify product integration
- Performing analysis of data extracted from testing
- Currently pursuing or have completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or another physical science.
- Experience with DOORS, JIRA, Magic Draw (or equivalent) and model-based systems engineering are pluses.
- Ability to travel up to 15%
- This position requires an individual to be a U.S citizen with the ability to obtain a security clearance.

For our intern program the pay ranges are determined by factors such as anticipated graduation year.

Textron’s compensation package includes competitive base pay and provides eligible employees with benefit programs. The pay range should be used as a general guide only.
Compensation is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. In compliance with the local pay transparency law, the pay range for this position is $96,000 - $96,000 per year.
