No Experience Required - We Provide PAID Training. Payrate- $18.75/hr

• Support individuals in daily living activities and encourage independence with tasks such as housekeeping and laundry.
• Provide care under the supervision of the House Manager, with supervision and review through living area observation, residents’ responsiveness, inspection of living area, reports, and periodic meetings.
• Contribute to creating a respectful, supportive environment that fosters a true sense of pride in each individual.

• Strong desire to create long-term positive impact on individuals’ lives.
• Ability to mentor, encourage, and coach others to achieve their goals.
• Willingness to learn and participate in paid training.
