Overview
Garden Villas is seeking a Full-Time Day shift Maintenance Technician for our beautiful assisted living and retirement community. The successful candidate will ensure our facility is maintained in a clean, safe and comfortable manner. Good coordination and organizational skills a plus!
Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance and upkeep of the facility to ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
- Coordinate with staff to address maintenance requests and prioritize tasks.
- Maintain building systems, equipment, and grounds; report repairs as needed.
- Full-Time Day shift availability
- Strong coordination and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
