Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for an Office Manager, located in St. Charles, MO. The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily administrative operations, ensuring efficient use of office resources, and supporting staff and visitors. Key responsibilities include managing office supplies and equipment, maintaining records, addressing inquiries, and providing excellent customer service to members and visitors. The Office Manager will facilitate effective communication within the organization and ensure smooth office operations to support the church s mission and ministries.
Qualifications- Strong skills in Office Administration and Administrative Assistance, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations
- Proficiency in managing Office Equipment and handling necessary maintenance or troubleshooting
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with staff, members, and visitors
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
