Duration: 6 months (likely to go temp to perm)

Working Model:
On four shift pattern (on site Towcester)

Hourly Rate: GBP 15p/hour – GBP 18p/hour

As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you will support the maintenance, fault finding, and repair of electrical systems and production equipment within a busy industrial environment. Working on a rotating four shift pattern, you will help ensure manufacturing operations run safely, efficiently, and with minimal downtime.

• Carry out routine maintenance on electrical equipment
• Find and fix faults on machines and control systems
• Respond quickly to breakdowns to keep production running
• Support equipment installation and upgrades
• Follow health and safety rules at all times

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Engineering / Maintenance
• Experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance
• Good fault‑finding and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and schematics
• Comfortable working on a four shift rotating pattern (days and nights)
• Committed to health and safety and quality standards
