Composites Inspector - Weekend Nights - End

Description

We are looking for an experienced Composite Inspector to support our Composite Inspection team on a weekend night‑shift contract through a critical period of the season.

Department: Composite Inspection

Location: Silverstone

• Inspection of finished and in-process composite components
• Writing and executing inspection programs using Poly Works Metrology Suite
• Geometric validation of jigs, patterns, moulds, and composite parts
• Use of Romer Arms and Laser Trackers for dimensional inspection
• Clear and concise communication of quality and inspection reports
• Supporting busy production periods with a flexible and proactive approach
• Working professionally at all times within the company reporting structure
• Maintaining and developing skills to industry standards
• Upholding Health & Safety requirements at all times

• Previous experience within a composite manufacturing environment.
• Strong working knowledge of Poly Works Metrology Suite.
• Experience using Romer Arms and Laser Trackers.
• Ability to read and interpret detailed engineering drawings.
• Understanding of lay‑up tables and composite manufacturing principles.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Methodical, thorough, and results‑driven approach.
• Ability to work calmly and confidently under pressure.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative team mindset.
