DescriptionWe have a great opportunity for an experienced Additive Manufacturing Technician to join our team working on a late shift. As a key member of the Additive Manufacturing department, you will primarily focus on programming and operating a range of advanced 3D printing technologies, ensuring the delivery of high-quality components for high-performance motor sport applications. You will work closely within a small dedicated team, supporting both wind‑tunnel and full‑size programme requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Program and operate a wide range of 3D printing technologies, including SLA, FDM, SLS, DLP, and DMLS.
- Perform machine calibrations and follow maintenance schedules.
- Operate and maintain machines in a methodical and structured manner.
- Efficiently post‑process models and full‑size components.
- Monitor, manage and report stock levels.
- Follow and continuously improve standard operating procedures.
- Contribute to system‑wide continuous improvement initiatives.
- Execute production plans to meet aggressive motors शो deadlines.
- Maintain the highest standards of quality, accuracy and reliability.
- Work with minimal supervision while communicating effectively with the team.
- Provide support across the department as needed.
- Work under pressure to meet time‑critical deadlines.
- Contribute to a safe working environment and adhere to all Health & Safety requirements.
- Proven experience programming and operating multiple 3D printing technologies.
- Experience in Formula One or high‑level motor sport additive manufacturing is highly advantageous.
- Strong understanding of calibration processes and machine maintenance.

- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Self‑motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to support the wider team.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Please note this role is working on a late shift Monday to Friday 14:00 - 23:00.
