We have a great opportunity for an experienced Additive Manufacturing Technician to join our team working on a late shift. As a key member of the Additive Manufacturing department, you will primarily focus on programming and operating a range of advanced 3D printing technologies, ensuring the delivery of high-quality components for high-performance motor sport applications. You will work closely within a small dedicated team, supporting both wind‑tunnel and full‑size programme requirements.

• Program and operate a wide range of 3D printing technologies, including SLA, FDM, SLS, DLP, and DMLS.
• Perform machine calibrations and follow maintenance schedules.
• Operate and maintain machines in a methodical and structured manner.
• Efficiently post‑process models and full‑size components.
• Monitor, manage and report stock levels.
• Follow and continuously improve standard operating procedures.
• Contribute to system‑wide continuous improvement initiatives.
• Execute production plans to meet aggressive motors शो deadlines.
• Maintain the highest standards of quality, accuracy and reliability.
• Work with minimal supervision while communicating effectively with the team.
• Provide support across the department as needed.
• Work under pressure to meet time‑critical deadlines.
• Contribute to a safe working environment and adhere to all Health & Safety requirements.

• Proven experience programming and operating multiple 3D printing technologies.
• Experience in Formula One or high‑level motor sport additive manufacturing is highly advantageous.
• Strong understanding of calibration processes and machine maintenance.

Please note this role is working on a late shift Monday to Friday 14:00 - 23:00.
