We have an exciting opportunity for a Financial Regulations Manager to join the Cadillac Formula 1® Team at the new Silverstone Facility. In this role you will provide specialist support during the year‑end audit for a Formula 1 team, with a particular focus on Cost Cap compliance and financial regulatory requirements.

This role is suited to a technically strong finance professional with a robust financial audit background, capable of working in a high‑performance, deadline‑driven environment and providing assurance, insight, and challenge throughout the audit process.

• Lead and coordinate finance input for the year‑end external audit, acting as the primary contact for auditors and managing queries.
• Ensure timely completion of audit deliverables in line with statutory and regulatory requirements, reviewing working papers and challenging findings when appropriate.
• Provide expert oversight and support on Formula 1 Cost Cap regulations, ensuring compliance in cost classifications, allocations, and disclosures.
• Support preparation, review, and submission of Cost Cap documentation, liaising with internal stakeholders to resolve related queries.
• Respond to Cost Cap audit or regulatory enquiries, providing clear rationale for accounting and regulatory judgments.
• Assess, strengthen, and document financial controls to support regulatory compliance, identifying and mitigating audit and Cost Cap risks.
• Drive continuous improvement of processes to enhance audit readiness and regulatory assurance.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Operational teams, communicating complex regulatory matters clearly to senior stakeholders.

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent)
• Strong background in financial audit, ideally Big 4 trained
• Proven experience supporting year‑end audits in complex, regulated environments
• Detailed understanding of financial controls, governance, and audit processes
• Strong analytical and technical accounting skills
• Ability to work at pace and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Prior experience within Formula 1, motor sport, or highly regulated sports environments is desirable but not essential
