We’re looking for a Senior Electronics Engineer to help deliver high‑performing, reliable electronic systems that directly impact both vehicle performance and factory operations.

Key Responsibilities- Lead and deliver electronics projects for both on‑car and off‑car applications, from design through to validation and testing.
- Manage and prioritise your workload to meet business demands and project timelines.
- Support system development activities including instrumentation, testing, collaboration with internal teams, and maintaining high professional standards.
- Develop embedded software using agile engineering methods, with a focus on efficiency and reusable code across the department.
- Mentor and guide team members to help build capability across the electronics group.
- Explore and evaluate new technologies that could enhance vehicle performance, reliability, or data accuracy.
- Work proactively and professionally, adhering to company processes and reporting structures.
- Excellent working knowledge of electronics and their applications.
- Strong understanding of electronic instrumentation, sensors, and data logging systems.
- Good working knowledge of automotive and motor sport communication systems.
- Ideally, experience in Formula One or a comparable high‑level motor sport environment.
- The ability to stay calm under pressure and deliver results to tight deadlines.
- Strong decision‑making skills and a results‑driven mindset.
- A collaborative, enthusiastic approach and the ability to build strong working relationships.
- Willingness to travel when required to support business needs.
