This company is an established geotechnical and geo-environmental consultancy, delivering ground investigations, slope stability assessments, and expert advice across construction and infrastructure projects. In this role, you will take a senior position within the team, leading and overseeing ground investigations, providing technical guidance on geotechnical and geo-environmental projects, and supporting the development of junior engineers. You will manage projects from start to finish, take ownership of your work, and contribute to the growth and success of the business.

This role would suit an experienced Geotechnical or Geo-environmental Engineer looking for a senior, project-led position with progression opportunities.

The Role:

Lead and review ground investigation, geotechnical, and geo-environmental reports
Manage projects from inception to completion, including budgets and programmes
Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior and senior engineers
Advise on foundations, slope stability, subsidence, and ground risk
Liaise with clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies
Conduct site visits and inspections as required

The Person :

Degree in Geology, Geotechnical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related discipline
Chartered (CGeol, CEng) or working toward chartership
Full UK driving licence
