The Digital Learning Advisor will play a key role in designing, developing and managing engaging digital learning experiences (UK, US & Germany) that drive capability and high performance across the team. This role combines creativity, technical expertise and a passion for innovation to deliver impactful learning solutions aligned with team goals.
Responsibilities and Expectations- Create interactive and visually appealing digital learning resources, transforming subject‑matter expert content into engaging, learner‑centric experiences.
- Manage and maintain the Learning Management System, ensuring seamless delivery and tracking of learning pathways.
- Stay ahead of digital learning trends, emerging technologies and best practice to continuously improve learner engagement and impact.
- Proactively work with internal and external subject‑matter experts to understand learning needs and support the cadence of mandatory training programmes.
- Develop, monitor and analyse learning data to measure effectiveness and inform future improvements and efficiencies.
- Work with P’C Support to troubleshoot technical issues and optimise user experience.
- Attend regular update meetings with suppliers/third parties to ensure effective service level provision and drive economies.
- Manage relationships with a wide range of external talent, training and development providers and platform providers such as Linked In, Workable & HiBob.
- Manage and develop internal relationships cross‑functionally and be a strong champion for the P’C Team.
- Provide wider administration support as required to the People and Culture team including Talent Acquisition and People and Culture Partners.
- Ability to design visually compelling and interactive learning experiences.
- Experience of using the HiBob HR system to host Learning Content/SCORM files.
- Experience of conducting Training Needs Analysis and consultation.
- Skilled in engaging with stakeholders and translating complex information into learner‑friendly formats.
- Experienced in content design using authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Synthesia etc.
- Excellent organisational skills, able to effectively prioritise workload.
- Strong attention to detail with a meticulous approach to quality and accuracy in content and design whilst respecting deadlines.
- Able to build and maintain relationships with team members at all levels of the organisation.
- Experience working with global stakeholder groups particularly in the US would be advantageous.
