FREELANCE SITE MANAGER (CIS or PAYE)
On behalf of a highly successful main contractor, we are keen to speak with experienced Site Managers who can assist the project team on this 10m+ fit-out project in Silverstone, Northamptonshire.
As part of the site team, your role will involve driving the programme, quality and safety on site by:
- Managing sub-contract works checking all aspects and overseeing a diverse range of trades
- Promoting safe working practices
- Undertaking site inductions
- Keeping accurate site records such as Daily Site Diaries
- Assist in roe solving any site issues and communicating these accordingly to the Project Manager
To be successful you must have experience of working for a main contractor in a similar role.
Essential: CSCS and SSSTS or SMSTS
