Responsibilities

  • Support the management and relationship building of our associate model and key contacts.
  • Working with aligned Delivery leads, to support resource needs, sourcing new candidates, searching our associate database and building relationships.
  • Support MD - PA activities
  • Support wider business with co-ordination and administrative duties.
  • Become lead of back office technologies - Website, Portal and CRM (Bullhorn). Arrange office activities
  • Set people up on timesheet portal and manage for contractors around timesheet management.
  • Marketing activities - particularly around social media.
  • Have fun, bring energy into the office and enjoy what you do.
