Mechanical Maintenance Engineer The Job

• This is a new section of a modern plant so a great time to join. Initially help with improving performance of state of the art machinery.
• Ensure H&S and compliance within mechanical engineering team.
• Support and influence mechanical engineering strategy, ensuring strategy is delivered across the site.
• Support implementation of reliability to ensure min downtime through data driven approaches.
• Machinery will include things like, various types of pumps, gearboxes, motors, fans, rotating equipment, hydraulics, pneumatics, compressors, conveyors, CHP.

• HNC level mechanical engineering or similar.
• Ability to be flexible and part of a dynamic and fast growing team and division that will develop and evolve.
• Good interpersonal skills - communication, stakeholder engagement.

• Project experience - expansion, modernisation, new plant.
• Installation, commissioning, start-up of machines and equipment.
• BOAS or / and steam boiler expertise
• DCS systems knowledge

Salary: £47,500 + 26 days holiday + 8 bank holidays + pension + life assurance + excellent career progression
