Contracts Manager – Commercial Refurbishments

Location: Hampshire (Projects across the South of England)

Sector: Commercial Refurbishment – Hospitality (Pubs & Restaurants)

Our client is an established and well-respected contractor based in Hampshire
, specialising in commercial refurbishment projects within the hospitality sector
, including pubs, bars, and restaurants.

Due to multiple recent contract wins
, they are experiencing sustained growth and now have a busy and expanding pipeline of work across the South of England
. As a result, they are looking to appoint an experienced Contracts Manager to join their team.

As Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple refurbishment projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to a high standard.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing multiple live projects across the South of England
• Overseeing site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Ensuring compliance with H&S, quality, and programme requirements
• Client liaison and maintaining strong working relationships
• Commercial awareness including cost control and variations
• Supporting continued business growth through consistent project delivery

• Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within commercial refurbishment
• Strong hospitality sector experience (pubs, restaurants, bars, leisure)
• Ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects simultaneously
• Strong organisational, communication, and leadership skills
• Full UK driving licence
• Relevant construction qualifications (preferred)
