About Your Role:
We are seeking a a senior, field-based sales leader to grow our US business for Laser Micro Jet systems and related services. This role combines strategic business development with end-to-end management of complex capital equipment sales—and offers a clear path to broader leadership responsibility as part of a future succession plan.
Your main responsibilities:
- Own and execute the US sales and business development plan (targets, forecasts, key accounts).
- Build and convert a strong pipeline; manage the full sales cycle from qualification to close.
- Lead key-account relationships with engineering, operations, procurement, and management.
- Coordinate demos, sample processing, and feasibility work with our US Service Center/Job Shop in Totowa, NJ.
- Maintain CRM accuracy and provide structured reporting to management.
Your profile:
- Engineering degree (or equivalent technical background).
- 7–10+ years selling technical capital equipment (e.g., lasers, machine tools, semiconductor/automation).
- Proven track record in senior/key-account sales and complex deal execution.
- Strong technical credibility, negotiation skills, and executive presence.
- Willingness to travel frequently across the US (~60%); ideally based near Totowa, NJ or open to relocation.
