• Sell our premium mattress and bedding products using our proven selling process and cutting‑edge diagnostic sleep system.
• Educate customers in a relaxed, low‑pressure environment, focusing on improving their lives through sleep solutions.
• Assist customers with mattress selections, transportation, and loading into their vehicles.
• Use tablets, mobile POS, and bed Match system to facilitate transactions and customer data capture.
• Maintain showroom floor, reset displays, and ensure product availability.
• Work a retail schedule that includes evenings, most holidays, and weekends.

• Availability to work a 4–5 day retail schedule with 40–55 hours per week.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish or another language is a plus.
• Physical ability to lift up to 75 pounds and assist customers.
• High energy, enthusiastic, and team‑oriented attitude.
• Enjoyment of meeting and interacting with customers and understanding their needs.
