We are looking for hands-on, mechanically inclined individuals to join our production team as Line Setters / Mechanics. In this role, you’ll be responsible for setting up, adjusting, and maintaining production equipment to ensure efficient and safe operations. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, quick learners, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

• Set up and adjust filling, labeling, and packing equipment according to product specifications
• Perform basic mechanical troubleshooting and repairs during production runs
• Assist with line changeovers, ensuring minimal downtime and accurate configuration
• Conduct routine checks to ensure equipment is running smoothly and safely
• Collaborate with operators and supervisors to resolve equipment-related issues
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools and workstations
• Document setup parameters and maintenance activities as required

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training a plus
• 1–2 years of experience in a production or mechanical role preferred
• Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, tools, and safety procedures
• Ability to read and follow setup instructions, diagrams, or SOPs
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to work flexible shifts and respond to urgent issues
• Ability to lift and carry up to 10-15 pounds

• Fast-paced production environment with frequent equipment interaction
• May require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
• PPE and hygiene compliance required at all times

This is a full-time contract position. The selected candidate may be employed directly by the company or through a third-party staffing agency. Employment terms, including benefits and compensation, will be determined based on the hiring arrangement.
