Overview

Role Snapshot:
Join our Totowa, NJ team to lead day-to-day manufacturing operations. You’ll coordinate people, processes, and performance to keep production running safely, efficiently, and on schedule. Openings are available across multiple shifts.

• Hit production goals while maintaining quality and safety standards.
• Develop talent—train, mentor, and elevate team performance.
• Continuously optimize processes to improve throughput and reduce downtime.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to resolve obstacles quickly.
• Maintain accurate documentation and deliver timely reports.

• Plan, assign, and oversee daily work on the production floor.
• Monitor process performance and make real-time adjustments.
• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and quality requirements.
• Lead daily huddles; communicate goals, feedback, and updates.
• Identify and implement productivity and process-improvement opportunities.

• Experience supervising production in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership presence with effective team-management skills.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and a meticulous, detail-focused approach.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control practices.
• Clear written and verbal communication abilities.
• Agility in fast-paced operations with changing priorities.
• Degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field preferred.
