We are seeking an experienced and hands‑on Maintenance Director to oversee all aspects of building maintenance, ensuring the safety, cleanliness, and efficiency of our facility. This leadership role is critical in creating a safe and comfortable environment for our residents and staff.

• Develop and manage a preventative maintenance program for the facility’s systems, equipment, and grounds.
• Oversee repairs, inspections, and maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other critical systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Manage maintenance staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
• Coordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs or inspections.
• Monitor and manage the maintenance budget effectively.

• High school diploma or equivalent (technical or trade school training preferred).
• Proven experience in facility maintenance, preferably in a healthcare or long‑term care setting.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Familiarity with safety and compliance regulations in healthcare facilities.
• Excellent problem‑solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead a team and work collaboratively.
