Pharmacy Technician

We are seeking a Licensed NJ Pharmacy Technician with compounding experience to support pharmacy operations and ensure the safe preparation of medications. This role works closely with pharmacists and nursing staff in a regulated, patient-focused environment.

• Prepare, fill, and compound medications using standard formulas and sterile techniques, including weighing, measuring, and mixing ingredients.
• Maintain pharmacy operations in compliance with USP standards
  , including cleaning, testing, maintenance, and re-certification of the clean room, ante room, and preparation areas.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels of medications and supplies for pharmacy and nursing teams.
• Generate and provide drug usage reports to pharmaceutical partners as requested.
• Coordinate pharmacy services with nursing staff to support safe and appropriate patient care.
• Participate in quality assurance and patient safety initiatives.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervising pharmacist.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPhT certification preferred
