We are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive and friendly member of staff to join our retail sales team. You will be working with a team that offer knowledge and advice to customers in an equestrian retail environment. An understanding and interest in horses is necessary in order to offer professional customer service.

• Must have confidence in selling quality products
• Excellent customer service skills
• Willingness to learn
• Self‑driven and time‑conscious qualities
• Ability to listen to customer questions and respond accordingly
• Equine experience/product knowledge

• Assisting customers with purchases in store
• Safety wear fitting
• Loading feed & bedding into customer vehicles
• Operating of stock systems
• General shop duties such as stock taking, order management, tidying etc.
• Telephone operating
• Handling of customer orders through telephone and email

This job would suit someone that has an interest in horses but is looking to progress in a retail environment. Must be over 16 years of age.

The role is for 4-5 days per week

£7.55-£12.25 per hour dependant on age and experience.
