Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

We are searching for a full time Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for our Torrington CT. center. The NP or PA will assist in the care of patients and assist in directing staff in the support of care of patients. Reports the Center Administrator and Lead Physician.

Centers are opened 7 days per weekfrom 8 AM to 8 PM, Monday – Friday and 8 AM to 5 PM on weekends. Full time andPart time openings available, 36 hour work weeks and full Benefits.

Qualifications:

• Valid NP or PA License
• Some Urgent Care experience required
• Current CPR certification
• Demonstrated understanding of the concepts of universal precautions, HIPAA and OSHA
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor
• Team player, excellent verbal and communication skills, adaptable in different situations, possesses excellent client interaction skills, able to multi-task and work independently.
