Vogel Wetmore Elementary School, a vibrant K–3 learning community, is seeking a compassionate and highly skilled School Nurse to support the health, safety, and well-being of our youngest learners. This role is integral to our school community, combining clinical expertise with a caring, child-centered approach that helps students thrive academically and socially. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with families, educators, and district partners, contribute to a supportive and inclusive school climate, and play a key role in promoting healthy habits and responsive care within a nurturing elementary setting.
Applicants must hold a valid State of Connecticut Department of Public Health license as a Registered Nurse.
Salary, terms and benefits in accordance with AFSCME Local 157, Council 4 Nurses
Contract:
$56,228 annually, pro-rated to date of hire.
