O&G Industries, Inc., an innovative and diversified construction company based out of Torrington, CT, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at our Bogue Road location. We are a highly respected leader in our field and ranked as one of the top construction firms in the Northeast.

In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring orders are handled accurately and delivered on time. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and has strong organizational skills to coordinate schedules and deliveries. Success in this role comes from balancing excellent customer service with effective communication between customers, drivers, and plant operations.

What You’ll Do:

• Coordinate and monitor daily delivery schedules to ensure orders are fulfilled efficiently, safely, and on time
• Serve as a primary point of contact between customers, drivers, and batch plant operators to ensure clear communication and smooth operations
• Demonstrate flexibility and teamwork to accommodate schedule adjustments and meet customer delivery needs
• Receive and process customer orders, including calculating concrete yardage and providing accurate pricing information
• Coordinate the loading and dispatch of ready-mix trucks, provide drivers with clear route instructions, and communicate delivery requirements and job site conditions to ensure successful deliveries
