The Sullivan Automotive Group is seeking experienced Automotive Service Advisors to join our growing service teams at our dealerships located in Avon and Torrington, Connecticut
.

We are looking for professional, customer-focused individuals who can effectively communicate with customers and technicians to ensure every service visit is efficient, transparent, and exceeds expectations.

• Greet customers and assist them with vehicle service needs
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately document issues
• Prepare repair orders and explain recommended services
• Communicate with technicians regarding diagnostics and repair status
• Provide repair estimates and obtain customer approvals
• Keep customers updated throughout the repair process
• Deliver completed vehicles and review services performed
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention

• Previous automotive service advisor or service writer experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced dealership environment
• Computer proficiency and experience with dealership management systems a plus
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Professional appearance and team-oriented attitude
