Come and join a fantastic employee‑owned team as a Site Coordinator at our Deep Moor site in Torrington, North Devon.
The role will support the smooth running of our site operations. This varied role involves maintaining accurate records, coordinating daily activities, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards.
With your experience of plant operation and routine maintenance, as well as supervising teams, your role will be to manage the day‑to‑day operations within the Deep Moor site. You will direct staff and contractors to carry out operations as required in accordance with company policies and legislation.
Other duties include organising maintenance work on machines, ensuring all required daily checks are completed and reported to the Site Manager, assisting the Site Manager with planning operations and keeping records of daily activities.

- Coordinate daily site operations to ensure efficient workflow.
- Manage administrative tasks including data entry and record keeping.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on site.
- Maintain site diaries, logs, and compliance records.
- Support fleet tracking, stock management, and weighbridge data review.
- Assist with scheduling, documentation, and incident reporting.
- Coordinate staff rotas, inductions, and training compliance.
- Manage procurement tasks including POs and invoice processing.
