Inventory Clerk

Description

Our client, a leading logistics company located in Torrance, is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Inventory Clerk to join their fast-paced team. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with strong organizational skills and a commitment to accuracy in inventory control and warehouse operations.

Responsibilities:

+ Receive, count, and verify incoming orders and deliveries

+ Maintain accurate inventory records and update inventory management systems

+ Perform frequent inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies

+ Prepare shipments and assist with outbound order processing

+ Organize stock and ensure materials are properly rotated and stored

+ Collaborate with warehouse staff and supervisors to streamline workflow

+ Support process improvements for inventory accuracy and operational efficiency

+ Assist with cycle counts and year-end inventory tasks

Requirements

Requirements:

+ Previous experience in warehouse, inventory, or logistics operations preferred

+ Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision

+ Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills

+ Working knowledge of inventory software or ERP systems is a plus

+ Strong communication and teamwork skills

+ Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Excel, Word)
