Job Title and Details
Import/Export Coordinator – Preferred Japanese, Chinese, Korean Bilinguals. Pay: $20.00 – $27.00 per hour.
Location:
Torrance, CA (in person). Job Type: Full-time, Monday‑Friday, 8 hours per day.
- Communicate with customers & vendors to coordinate high volume ocean and air import and export shipments.
- Record and monitor shipping details on company system.
- Schedule daily cargo pickup and delivery.
- Act as liaison by providing assistance to sales representatives and customers.
- Generate shipping documentation such as Ocean BL, Airway Bills, other export/import documentation and commercial invoices.
- 1–3 years of exporting experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel.
- Oral and written Japanese at a professional level is a plus but not required.
- Any other Asian language is a plus.
