The MMA Sales Admin Manager is responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience personally and through Coach’s supervision. They deliver great member service along with private training, supplement revenue, address member concerns, oversee scheduling and time‑keeping, and communicate and enforce company and club policies and procedures. The role requires 7‑day availability including mornings and nights.

- Sell and conduct private training & small group training with members.
- Execute prospecting strategy, conduct guest tours, and complete sales of staff as needed.
- Serve intro PT packages, build value, and re‑sign clients on full programs to hand off to coaching staff.
- Prospect members in person/digital to generate complimentary consultations and sell personal training programs.
- Ensure accurate administration of client programs, supplement purchases, measurement tracking, and workout programs.
- Assist in all revenue‑generating activities, including complimentary workouts, supplement booths, body fat tables, seminars, workshops, etc.
- Achieve monthly revenue objectives for private training and supplements.
- Review daily club sales performance and individual employee performance with Fitness Manager, VP of Fitness, and staff members.
- Administer company policies as they relate to the sales process.
- Independently schedule and manage client appointments to ensure optimal time management and service delivery.
- Coordinate directly with clients to arrange sessions, meetings, or service visits according to availability and needs.
- Maintain up‑to‑date scheduling records and adjust for changes or cancellations.
- Manage personal client scheduling and calendar coordination.
- Oversee the full scheduling lifecycle for individual client appointments.
- Work with the Fitness Manager to ensure coaches are productive and financial goals are met.
- Set monthly, weekly, daily goals and objectives and conduct meetings with coaches to review performance and operations.
- Handle member service matters such as providing tours of the club, explaining services, and signing up members for training agreements.
- Mediates member issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
- Perform various administrative and housekeeping duties as needed.
- Alert Operations staff of repairs and maintenance needs and conduct daily facility walk‑throughs.
- Supervise coach sales activities, review agreements and prepare daily paperwork.
- Comply with operational procedures and conduct compliance checks.
The MMA Sales Admin Manager reports directly to the Fitness Manager and/or General Manager, and communicates and enforces all policies and procedures with the coaching team.
Required Qualifications- In‑depth knowledge of personal training techniques from assessment to program design, and sales.
- In‑depth experience and technical ability in Mixed Martial Arts related to striking/grappling.
- Ability to operate and adjust all fitness equipment.
- Knowledge of company policies, practices, and procedures, including emergency and safety procedures.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, enthusiastic, positive attitude.
- Strong customer service focus and professionalism.
- Clear communication of oral and written instructions.
- Strong organizational skills and basic record‑keeping proficiency.
- Computer proficient with basic skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Adherence to meal and rest break periods and clocking shift times.
- Minimum one certification recognized by UFC Gym.
- Current CPR/AED certification.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Preferred four‑year degree in a related field.
- Minimum two years of related experience.
- Experience in management/employee relations preferred.
- Physical ability to regularly stand, lift heavy weights, squat, bend, reach, spot, and walk. Must lift/move up to 45+ lbs.
