Your Responsibilities as a Flexologist:

Deliver personalized one-on-one assisted stretch sessions

Educate clients throughout the stretch sessions

Build Stretch Lab memberships and retain current clientele

Ensure client safety by applying proper stretch techniques and enforcing Stretch Lab policies

Assist with studio duties and sales

Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of equipment for client use

Pursue continued education for ongoing personal and professional growth

Qualifications:

Prior certification or degree in related fields

Former collegiate and professional athletes welcome

A professional work ethic with a strong commitment to punctuality

Bring positive energy, enthusiasm, and a great attitude every day

Ability to create a welcoming environment for all people

Excellent communication skills and a compassionate demeanor
