Description
Under the direction of the medical center's Engineering Supervisor/Manager of Building Maintenance, the Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for maintaining, repairing, upgrading, and inspecting a variety of systems.Core Competencies
- Unclogs drain line blockages.
- Removes and repairs plumbing fixtures.
- Removes and repairs drains.
- Maintains plumbing parts and supplies inventory.
- Maintains plumbing equipment and inventory.
- Repairs wheelchairs.
- Repairs locks.
- Duplicates and issues keys.
- Repairs lights and replaces bulbs.
- Removes and installs power supplies
- Repairs
